Appointment Types
Requesting an appointment time does not guarantee it. I will do my best to immediately reach out if there is an existing conflict or other scheduling issue.
Mediation sessions are scheduled for a default of 3 hours, unless otherwise requested and agreed to. For your session, if we end early, you are only billed for the actual timed used.

What are your scheduling hours?
I schedule client meetings within set, intentional business hours designed to support both a high-touch practice and my family life. By managing my calendar around dedicated focus blocks, I ensure that whenever we are in session, you receive my fully present, undivided attention.
Where do sessions take place?
To provide responsive, cost-effective service across all of Colorado, my practice operates primarily online. Virtual sessions allow us to meet comfortably from our own environments, eliminating commuting, and make real-time document review—such as screensharing complex disclosures, support calculations, parenting plans, or mediation agreements—far more efficient.
If an in-person meeting is preferred, we can reserve a professional conference room at an Office Evolution location across the Front Range. Please be aware that in-person reservations may involve upfront room rental fees and travel compensation as discussed and agreed to in advance.
